U.S-China & EU-LDN-China 'frameworks' / Stablecoin / BBBill deadline next week / PLAT! / Quarter-end upon us

  • Markets : shadow FED, more TACO's, trade truce/powerful understanding with China (no deal yet..but China confirmed 'framework' agreed), Bessent on BBB and quarter-end flows pushing markets to new highs pretty easily. USD remain soft (down 10% YTD..), metals had a great push (PLAT...30+pct in June alone...super nice, NOW watch OUT as margin requirement increased dramatically into quarter-end!!) do watch out for risk of a correction in a few things in early July, ahead of the BBBill >>> markets are saying : no risk of recession, no worries with tariffs, peace in ME, the BBBill will be great, FED is going to cut 75 to 125bps by end of 2026 anyway, equities are TINA...it is what's going on, but it doesn't really feel ''right'', or does it ? valuations are too high, they can remain high for a while, let's see after quarter-end flows
